For complete piece of mind, you have 15 days to exchange your purchase or request a full refund. Please notify Clara by e-mail as soon as possible.

Gold rings made to order can be re-sized or exchanged but not refunded.

Returned pieces must be in perfect condition - unworn, unmarked and in original packaging.

Shipping costs - In the case of exchanges, new shipping charges will apply as above. In the case of returns, orignal shipping costs will not be refunded.

Caring for your jewellery

Make sure to apply any cosmetics or perfume before you put on your jewellery.

Your piece can be gently cleaned with some warm water, a toothbrush and a small amount of liquid soap. Gently brush the piece, rinse well and carefully pat dry with a towel.

When not worn, store your jewellery separated away from other pieces of jewellery and preferably away from sunlight.
